About
At Ease Physiotherapy is the Surrey, British Columbia practice of Susannah Reid, Registered Physiotherapist, at Unit 305, 14640 64th Avenue. Susannah earned her physiotherapy degree in Melbourne, Australia in 2018 and has since completed advanced training through the Barral, Upledger and Chikly Institutes, including Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT1, LDT2, VT, FAR-U, LCFS-FM), the Chikly Brain Curriculum (B1, B2, NER-L) and Heart Centered Therapy. Her particular interests are injury recovery, digestive health, brain health and nervous system function. She combines gentle hands-on techniques, including visceral, neural, lymphatic and craniosacral work, with dry needling and movement practice, looking beyond muscles and joints to the nerves, blood vessels, lymphatic and organ systems that may be involved in a client's symptoms. Having grown up with sports injuries, concussions and digestive issues herself, Susannah enjoys teaching clients about their bodies. Outside the clinic she trains Olympic weightlifting and enjoys skiing, Pilates, salsa dancing and yoga.
