The program is structured around the 12-step model: residents attend a fellowship, get a sponsor, work the steps, and take part in weekly house meetings where they set goals and share experience, strength, and hope. It emphasizes accountability, routine, and peer support, with experienced members mentoring newcomers and 24-hour availability. What's offered: structured sober living with house rules and accountability; mandatory 12-step meeting attendance; required sponsor and step-work; regular lab-verified drug and alcohol screening (zero tolerance); employment support and resume help; referrals to community resources (food, employment, transportation, education); and life-skills support. Suggested length of stay is at least four months. Men only. Certification: Level II, Type M (Monitored). Program fee: $250 per week.
