Aline Flores, PT, PRPC, is the physical therapist behind Natura Physical Therapy & Pelvic Health, located at the Surviving and Thriving Wellness Center in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Aline has worked with pelvic dysfunction and chronic pain for over 25 years, is a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, and holds degrees in both physical therapy and massage therapy. The practice combines evidence-based treatment with holistic and mind-body methods for women and men. Conditions treated include urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, constipation and IBS, pelvic girdle pain, pudendal neuralgia, endometriosis, pelvic organ prolapse, erectile dysfunction, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, fibromyalgia and back pain, along with prenatal care. Aline has advanced training in visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, somato-emotional release, neural manipulation, manual lymphatic drainage and dry needling. The initial pelvic health evaluation runs about 90 minutes; internal assessment can be helpful but is never required. In-person follow-ups are 60 minutes, and telehealth follow-ups of 30 or 60 minutes are available. Natura is out of network with all insurers, including Medicare, and provides superbills for possible reimbursement. A doctor's order is not needed in New Hampshire.
