About
Bruce Schonfeld is a Certified Advanced Rolfer® who was certified in Rolfing Structural Integration in 1994 and has cross-trained in visceral osteopathy since 1996. His private practice is located inside Sundance Physical Therapy on Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica, and he teaches continuing education workshops locally and internationally. His work combines Rolfing and visceral osteopathy perspectives into a systems-anatomy approach to clinical reasoning and manual therapy for structural and functional body-based concerns. Sessions are collaborative and client-centered, and may also look at daily activities, ergonomics and movement habits within a biopsychosocial framework. Bruce takes Continuing Medical Education classes at Cedars-Sinai as an Allied Healthcare Professional, and he directed and produced the documentary film The Secret Life of Fascia.
