A1 Physio Clinic is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic in Kharadi, Pune, founded by Dr. Anisha Yadav. The clinic works with people dealing with back and low back pain, neck and knee pain, joint and muscle pain, sports injuries, postural problems, post-surgical recovery and age-related mobility concerns. Each plan starts with a movement, posture and pain assessment and is built around the individual patient. Dr. Yadav earned her BPT from the College of Physiotherapy, Udaipur, in 2008 and is a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists. Before founding A1 Physio Clinic she practiced at clinics in Viman Nagar, Pune, including Healing Touch Multispeciality Clinic. Her training includes certifications in chiropractic techniques (FOMT), Mulligan concept, dry needling, taping, Matrix therapy, cupping and Myokinetic therapy, and her practice includes geriatric physiotherapy. The clinic combines hands-on manual therapy with equipment-based care, including robotic 4D spinal decompression, a chiropractic drop table, high-power electromagnetic therapy, multi-wavelength laser, Cryoscreen cold therapy, electrotherapy and ultrasound, blood flow restriction training, and clinical Pilates on a reformer and Wunda chair. Pelvic floor rehabilitation with EMG biofeedback, along with prenatal and postnatal care, is also offered.
