I am a nurse practitioner and naturopathic doctor, providing integrative and functional medicine to adult patients.  After over 25 years in the medical world, I feel you deserve better care than a 10 minute visit with your doctor. I believe that patients deserve personalized, non-judgmental care delivered in an atmosphere of mutual respect and collaboration. I provide a relaxed and open space to help you feel comfortable sharing your health history and concerns.  I will help you meet your health goals and maintain your best health throughout all of life's transitions.  Treatments for chronic health conditions include herbal medicine, vitamin support, lifestyle and dietary counseling, and medication management when needed.
