About
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado and Missouri. I received my Master’s Degree in Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver in 2012. I provide in-person sessions at my office location and also provide tele-therapy sessions through a secure, HIPPA compliant video-based system throughout all of Colorado and Missouri. With that, I am passionate about helping people grow in their relationships, especially within their families. I am a Narrative and Experiential Therapist. I enjoy using creativity and humor as a part of the therapeutic process. It is my belief that therapy can be enjoyable as well as beneficial. Whether it is in individual, marital, or family therapy, I strive to help each person become who they were created to be. I am originally from Oklahoma and have been in Colorado for sixteen years. I have been married for about ten years and we have three young children. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with my family.
