I specialize in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and unfulfilling relationships with partners, family, and friends. I use primarily Experiential Dynamic Therapy and am informed by both psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Together we will get down to the root issue and build a different kind of relationship where you can speak your mind.
