You're used to managing everything with ease, but your old ways of coping aren't working as well as they used to. You're feeling like all of the challenges in your life are somehow your fault - no one else seems to struggle like this! Your to-do list keeps growing longer and longer, and that critical voice in the back of your head is getting louder and louder. You're frustrated, burnt out, and just can't keep up with it anymore.
