Are you struggling to navigate grief or a difficult life transition? Perhaps you’ve experienced a loss that others don’t understand, or maybe you’re carrying the pain of past relationship wounds. It might seem like something is missing, and you’re not sure how to move forward. I’m Jacquelyn Baker, a relational psychotherapist, and I’m here to help you move through your pain rather than be weighed down by it. I provide grief counseling to people facing any kind of loss, and I welcome those who want to address anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, childhood trauma, and life transitions in therapy.
At Space for Grief, I foster a welcoming space where you can feel safe and understood. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle yet powerful somatic modality. LI taps into the body’s innate wisdom, enhancing core strength and emotional regulation, ultimately creating pathways for deeper emotional resilience while healing attachment wounds.
I’ve personally faced many of the same challenges that lead individuals to seek support in therapy, and I believe that a therapeutic relationship can be the most powerful catalyst for healing and transformation. I offer in-person sessions in my Renton, WA, office as well as online sessions for WA residents. I can provide faith-based counseling upon request.
