Your sleep coach, Emily, works one-on-one with parents to create customized sleep plans that address common challenges such as frequent night wakings, short naps, bedtime resistance, and transitions in sleep routines. There is no “one size fits all” method for sleep coaching so Emily will sit down with you and help decide which method will work best for your family dynamic.Whether your child is just starting solids, going through a developmental leap, or dropping night feeds, our gentle methods help foster independent sleep skills in a way that’s supportive and respectful of each family’s unique values and goals.
