I’ve led effective teams with the value of shared purpose and community, cultivating engaged, collaborative & resilient teams, fostering authentic and accountable team contributions, and intentionally investing in strategies to combat burnout- all to achieve targeted impact.   $175 / hr.

A strengths-based, solution-focused coach who can relate to the experiences that career-invested professionals navigate, I specialize in care with women professionals, senior leaders, executives & entrepreneurs. I am energized to enrich & elevate professionals as they develop an aligned framework for achieving greater harmony of their personal & professional values, priorities and performance.   $150 /hr.; Group rates available by contract.
