H.E.A.L. Houston 2026

H.E.A.L. Houston is a free, family-friendly health, wellness and leadership conference that gathers thousands of Houstonians at the George R. Brown Convention Center (Hall B) in downtown Houston for a single integrated day of resources and support. The event is organized around four pillars: Health, Education, Access and Leadership. Under Health, attendees can get free screenings focused on prevention and awareness, join group fitness sessions suited to all ability levels, and access mental-wellness support. The Education pillar offers tools to learn and advance, including scholarships, certifications and adult-learning opportunities, while Access connects people to housing resources, legal referrals, veteran services and family support. The Leadership pillar adds workshops, mentorship and civic-engagement opportunities aimed at turning lived experience into community action. Beyond the core programming, the day includes a supervised Kids Zone with activities and childcare, job and career support connections, and partner activations and pop-up experiences throughout the hall. Because everything sits in one venue with on-site childcare, parents can explore fully while their children take part in supervised programming. The event welcomes individuals, families, veterans and community members of all ages. Admission is completely free; RSVPs are encouraged to help with planning, but walk-ins are welcome.
