I offer an online educational program for Alzheimer's management and/or (ideally) prevention.

I became certified in Dr Dale Bredesen's ReCODE protocol from Institute For Functional Medicine in 2018. I use this training to offer 7 scientifically proven strategies to improve brain health.

I’ve created this program a bit differently than traditional ‘self-help’ books. Why?

Because I want you to actually start AND FINISH this program to get all the brain benefits that you and your family deserve.

• 8 Bi-weekly Modules:  You’ll get bi-weekly modules that will cover specific topics necessary to improve and enhance optimal brain function as well as reverse some damage that’s already occurred. The modules are released bi-weekly so that you have one week to read and absorb the information.
• Implementation Weeks: The following week is what I call ‘implementation’ week. It’s where you start to put the information to work.
• Live Q&A’s: Knowledge isn’t helpful if you don’t ACT on it. I wind down each implementation week with a LIVE Q & A session. If there are areas you are struggling with, or you just have questions, this is where we get to hang out and clear up any concerns you might be having. If you can’t join live, no worries. Just send your question(s) via email and I will answer them during the Q & A and you will be able to tune in to the recorded sessions to hear your answers.
