As a certified Life, Relationship and Sexuality trauma coach, I specialize in guiding people to process traumas and faulty belief systems to encourage emotional regulation.  These are things that may be holding you back from an authentic life, setting boundaries and embodying self love.  I teach you to reverse intrusive thoughts, practice presence and communicate wants/needs/desires in order to shift out of feeling stuck and into a place of real freedom. I use somatic methods to help you learn to develop self-awareness and healing power.  Connecting you with your inner child for healing from the inside out is something I’m super passionate about.
