4We all encounter challenges along our journey; challenges like breakups, illnesses, grief, and natural disasters. While we can’t control what happens around us, we can choose how we respond. I see significant life events as opportunities for personal growth. My passion is working with clients who have a desire to become the best version of themselves through self-exploration and a willingness to adopt thought and behavior patterns that support their mental and physical health.
I primarily use a mindfulness based approach in my therapeutic interventions. Mindfulness practices help clients to quiet their minds and gain greater self-awareness and insight. This approach also teaches coping techniques that are especially effective in reducing stress and anxiety.
