Michelle Fuller-Harris ,MSW, LCSW, BACS,CIMHP   is a Licensed Clinical SOCIAL WORKER with over 25 years of clinical experience in mental health and resource linkage.  A person centered approach is the key to success. Michelle incorporates each client's individual  goals as well as  unique experiences into each session. Other therapeutic approaches are centered around self expressions, with therapy providing a safe and private place to express feelings, confusion, worries and ideas. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is available, depending on the client's needs and goals. Art Therapy is also utilized in sessions,  depending on the client's individual needs. The use of Mindfulness  is incorporated into  each session. 

Michelle has a background in mental health, primarily with  adults and geriatrics who also  have chronic medical conditions, as well as  medical anxiety and medical trauma.  She has  over 25 years of experience  providing in-person  and telehealth services   for  clients & their immediate family members, locating resources to assist them in  improving levels of functioning, and providing various types of  psychotherapy. Our mental, physical and spiritual health are all connected. When there are gaps in one area, it allows us to become more vulnerable in the other areas. Focus is on  the whole person.
