Often, I hear my clients express to me that they are fearful of losing everything because of their behaviors.  Life can be overwhelming, challenging, and stressful leading us to feel burned out, depressed and anxious or coping in ways that are unhealthy. Since 2004, I have worked with children, teens and adults. My desire is to help change their perspective. Therapists are only a catalyst for change.

My name is Michele. I specialize in addiction. Because of my experience with addiction, I have seen the effect of trauma on my clients. Prior to December 2022, I worked at the Grief Recovery Center before it closed the doors. In addition to this experience, I also enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, chronic pain depression, obesity, and life transitions.

I do have experience with bariatric patients who are looking to explore weight loss surgery from my role at a local healthcare provider.
