Life transitions can be really uncomfortable. Relationship changes, work fulfillment and divorce can be particularly debilitating...but it doesn't have to be. I can help. I specialize in life transitions, parenting, relationships, divorce, and work stress for both the heterosexual population and the LGBTQIA+ community. In 2006, I received my masters degree from Columbia University and ever since then I have been helping people feel better and find personal growth through the therapeutic process. My approach is solution focused. Working together, I can help you feel better and find more happiness. I will be honest with you but with an underlining deep empathy. I create a safe and judgement-free space so that we can work on the hard stuff, together. I want you to walk away from each session feeling like we have gotten something accomplished, that we are moving in the direction of feeling peace and that you have new tools to be able to handle anything life throws at you. No one’s life is perfect but with some support and a hand to hold, we can get through anything.
