Who qualifies
To use the Community Plan, 100% of your services must be free of charge. That means all of the following are true:
You do not charge the person for any service.
No one else pays on their behalf, including any required donation, suggested fee, or "pay what you can."
You do not bill insurance for any service.
Being a nonprofit or not-for-profit does not automatically qualify you, if there is any charge for anything, the Community Plan isn't available, and a paid plan is the right fit.
