Health & Wellness Expo 2026

Cetronia Ambulance Corps hosts its fifth annual Health & Wellness Expo, a family-friendly community event bringing together a wide range of health and wellness vendors for all ages. It takes place at the Corps' Joint Operations Facility in Allentown from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The expo puts an emphasis on hands-on, potentially life-saving skills. Attendees can get free CPR instruction, learn stop-the-bleed techniques, have their blood pressure read, and pick up car seat safety information. Around a dozen vendors round out the day, including Lehigh Valley Health Network, PSECU, United Federal Credit Union, HNL Lab Medicine offering glucose readings, the Cancer Support Community of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and the Allentown Health Bureau providing flu shots. Lunch is provided courtesy of sponsor Air Products, and the event is supported by Lehigh Valley Health Network, United Federal Credit Union, and PSECU. Admission is free and open to the public, with plenty of free parking on site. No advance registration is required for attendees, so families can simply drop in during the three-hour window.
