About this event
This friendly, no-pressure run and walk at Sutter's Landing Regional Park is built around mental-health awareness and open to all paces and ages (participants under 18 with a guardian). You choose your distance, a 5K, 10K or half marathon (13.1), and there are no timing chips, so the vibe stays relaxed and celebratory rather than competitive. Runners and walkers start in waves (7:30, 8:00 and 8:30 AM) to keep the course comfortable. Every registrant gets a t-shirt, a finisher's medal, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a digital training pack and a certificate. A virtual option is available for anyone who can't make it in person, with swag shipped to U.S. addresses. It's a good fit for casual movers who want a supportive event with a cause, whether you're chasing a first finish line or simply walking the loop with friends and family to support mental wellbeing.
