About this event
Calm the Hustle is a free, 90-minute mindfulness workshop in Chattanooga created for entrepreneurs and creatives who feel the strain of hustle culture. Led by Dr. Kia Ruffin, a mental health clinician with a doctorate in education and founder of The Wellspace Collective, the session explores how chronic stress and overperformance can undermine creativity and clear decision-making. Attendees move through guided reflection, interactive activities, and practical mindfulness exercises designed to build resilience and support a more intentional approach to work and life. The workshop is held in person at the Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga, admission is free, and free parking is available.
