About this event
Let's Talk About It! is a free community conversation that opens the floor to one of the most under-discussed topics: mental health. Hosted at the Wichita Public Library's Advanced Learning Library, this welcoming afternoon gathering creates a safe, judgment-free space for attendees to talk honestly about mental wellbeing, share experiences, and learn about supports and resources. Rather than a lecture, it emphasizes open dialogue and community connection, helping to normalize conversations about mental health and reduce stigma. The event is free and open to the public. Whether you are navigating your own mental-health journey, supporting a loved one, or simply want to be part of a more open community conversation, you are welcome to join from 3 to 5 PM.
