Women's TheraRuck Immersion: Own Who You've Become

Own Who You've Become is a guided TheraRuck immersion that combines a moderate outdoor hike with reflective writing at Mount Wachusett in Princeton, Massachusetts. Participants ruck along a route with gradual elevation and sustained effort, pairing the physical challenge with writing prompts centered on identity, ownership, and self-trust. Scenic pause points offer moments to reflect, and the roughly five-hour morning closes with an integration activity to help participants carry the experience forward. The session is aimed at adults (18+) who have done personal-growth work and want to fully claim it in a supportive, women-centered group in nature. Doors open at 8:10 AM ahead of the 8:30 AM start.
