302 Wellness Summit

The 302 Wellness Summit is a family-friendly, day-long health and wellness event at the DE Turf Sports Complex in Frederica, Delaware. Presented by Live Well, it brings together expert guest speakers, hands-on workshops, and organizations dedicated to improving community health under one roof. The day kicks off with a 5K Run/Walk at 8:00 AM, followed by the main program from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM featuring fitness classes, athletic demonstrations, and interactive showcases. A vendor marketplace lets attendees explore local wellness products and services, and food trucks keep the whole family fed throughout the day.
