About this event

Autumnfest is Northern Rhode Island's largest fall festival, a four-day Columbus Day weekend tradition centered at World War II Veterans Memorial State Park in Woonsocket. Drawing well over 100,000 attendees each year, the free festival features live music across three stages, dozens of craft and food vendors, amusement rides, a kids' area and a signature Columbus Day parade through the city. It is a public, all-ages celebration of community and the harvest season with deep local roots. Typical hours run Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday, and Monday centered on the parade before the park reopens. Attendees can enjoy regional food specialties, family entertainment and a festive small-city atmosphere. Parking near the park fills quickly, and organizers offer shuttle options in past years.
