Seniors First Turkey Trot 5K

Track Shack's Seniors First Turkey Trot 5K is a Thanksgiving-morning tradition around downtown Orlando's scenic Lake Eola Park. The chip-timed 5K steps off at 8:00 AM, followed by a free Kids' Run (100-400 yards) for younger participants, making it a fun outing for the whole family before the holiday feast. Proceeds benefit Seniors First, Inc., a nonprofit that helps low-income, older adults remain independent at home through Meals on Wheels and other nutrition and support services. Pricing is tiered and rises as race day approaches, with discounts for ages 17 and under, seniors 65 and over, and groups of three or more; a virtual option is available for those who cannot attend in person. Register online in advance to save. It is a festive, family-friendly way to give back and start the holiday on the right foot.
