About this event
The Healthiest State Annual Walk is a free, statewide 30-minute community walk organized by the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative to promote physical and mental well-being. Workplaces, schools, organizations, and cities register their own walks and get their communities moving together on the same day, sharing the moment with #MoveIowaForward. Anyone in Iowa can join or host a walk in their neighborhood. There is no cost to participate; optional donations support the initiative's work on mental health awareness, food access, and healthy habits. Register your walk or find one through the event page.
