About this event
The Denver Hospice Grief Center's Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony offers a gentle, communal way to honor and remember loved ones who have died, held during the holiday season when grief can feel especially present. The gathering provides a space for shared reflection, including the reading of names, an optional display of photos, and a candlelight ritual that brings the community together in memory and connection. Open to family members and friends beyond hospice families, the ceremony is a comforting opportunity to grieve alongside others who understand, and to celebrate the lives of those who have passed. Participation is free, though registration is required and closes once capacity is reached. Attendees may submit up to three photos of their loved one for inclusion by emailing the Grief Center in advance; an RSVP deadline applies ahead of the ceremony date. For questions or to reserve a place, contact Rebecca Braun at the Grief Center.
