Mile High United Way Turkey Trot

The Mile High United Way Turkey Trot is Denver's beloved Thanksgiving-morning tradition, returning for its 53rd year at scenic Washington Park. The event is a four-mile walk or run open to all ages and abilities, drawing families, friends and costumed participants who make it a highlight of the holiday. Registration opens on-site at 7:30 AM. Participation directly supports the work of Mile High United Way, including its efforts to provide families with high-quality early learning so children start school ready to succeed. With a festive, community-spirited atmosphere and a flat, accessible loop around the park, it is an ideal way to start Thanksgiving with movement, gratitude and giving back. Whether you run for a personal best or stroll with the family, the Turkey Trot combines fitness, tradition and charitable purpose in one of Denver's most cherished annual gatherings. Registration carries a fee that supports the cause.
