Tybee Island New Year's Eve Fireworks

Ring in the New Year on the beach with Tybee Island's annual fireworks show launched from the Pier and Pavilion. This free, family-friendly celebration draws locals and visitors to the oceanfront for a festive countdown and a colorful display over the Atlantic. Grab dinner at a nearby Tybrisa Street spot, then stake out a place on the sand or the pier to watch the show. It's a relaxed, all-ages alternative to a crowded indoor party. Dress warmly for the winter beach breeze, bring chairs or a blanket, and plan for holiday parking, arrive early or use island parking options. A memorable, no-ticket way to welcome the new year.
