About this event
Boo at the Zoo is BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo's family-friendly Halloween tradition, held across two October weekends (Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 17-18 and Oct. 24-25). Kids and families can enjoy festive photo ops, princess and character meet-and-greets, a magic show and The Dinosaur Experience, special animal enrichments, fall-themed decor and food trucks from local vendors. It's a daytime, not-too-spooky event designed for young children, with costumes encouraged. Admission is through the zoo; check the zoo's site for ticket pricing, timed entry and member discounts before you visit.
