About this event
The Wicked Spooky 5K is a costume-friendly Halloween run through Asheville's South Slope brewery district. Runners are encouraged to dress up for the festive fall race, and 2026 adds a new kids' 'Creepy Crawly Climb' fun run so the whole family can join. It is a lighthearted, community-oriented event that pairs a good workout with Halloween spirit and a brewery-district finish. Registration and an entry fee are required; check the event page for the exact start time and packet pickup. Wear your best costume and bring the kids for the shorter race.
