The LavaKids Aquathon & Keiki Dash gives young athletes their own swim-and-run event at Waikoloa Beach, held alongside the Lavaman Triathlon weekend. Kids take on an age-appropriate ocean swim followed by a beach run in the aquathon, while the littlest participants enjoy a short Keiki Dash. It is a safe, encouraging introduction to multisport racing that celebrates every finisher. Parents and families cheer from the sand as the next generation of triathletes gets its start.
