About this event

Marking National Black Girl Day of Rest, this intimate wellness day party in Charlotte offers Black women a luxurious afternoon built around rest, movement, and community. Limited to roughly 30 guests, the four-hour experience layers restorative practices with celebration: pilates and restorative yoga, a sound bath, chair massages, and a custom fragrance-creation station, all set to music curated by a live DJ. Guests can browse a wellness marketplace and enjoy refreshments in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The event is designed as a space to slow down, reconnect, and prioritize self-care alongside other women. Attendance is limited to ages 21 and up, and free parking is available. Because capacity is small, advance registration is recommended.
