Steeped in Wisdom: A Community Tea for Women of All Ages

Steeped in Wisdom is a free, intergenerational community tea in Norfolk that brings women of all ages together for honest conversation over a cup of tea. The centerpiece is a multi-generational panel featuring women in their 20s, 40s, and 60s who share candid reflections on faith, body image, and health, exploring what to keep, what to let go of, and what truly matters at different stages of life. Beyond the panel, guests can browse a spread of community resources covering mental health, women's health, and financial literacy, making it as much a wellness-resource gathering as a social one. The dress code is playful 'Tea Party Chic,' with fascinators encouraged, and the afternoon is designed to feel welcoming and unhurried. Attendees are invited to bring a donation of toiletries to benefit The Union Mission Ministries. Doors open at 3:15 PM. Admission is free with free parking; an optional $40 table sponsorship is available for those who wish to support the event. This is a good fit for women seeking connection, mentorship across generations, and a relaxed introduction to local wellness resources.
