About this event
The Spooky Sprint is a festive, family-friendly Halloween-season run around Lake Phalen in St. Paul, with a distance for everyone: a Kids Dash (1 mile), 5K, 10K, and half marathon, plus a virtual option. Costumes are encouraged and the vibe is fun over fierce, with SWAG, a custom bib, a designer shirt, and a themed finisher medal for participants. The 8:00 AM start at the Phalen Lakeside Activity Center is followed by an after-party with awards and vendors. Youth 12 and under can run the 5K or 10K for just $17. Register online in advance. A great pick for families and casual runners who want to kick off the fall/Halloween season with a scenic lakeside course.
