About this event
The Kalamazoo County Senior Expo is one of the largest events of its kind in Michigan, a free, all-day resource fair connecting older adults and their caregivers with the services and support they need to age well. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., attendees can browse dozens of exhibitors covering home health-care agencies, senior housing, caregiver resources, wellness services and more. Free flu shots are typically available on site (bring your insurance card), and the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions and gather information. Organizers encourage guests to bring a friend, neighbor or family member and spend time exploring the many programs available for aging adults in the community. Admission and parking are free, and no registration is required to attend. Whether you are planning ahead for yourself or helping a loved one, the expo is a friendly, low-pressure way to learn what local resources exist all in one place.
